Welcome, I’m Liz Hansford and I would like to extend a warm welcome to you and introduce my comprehensive range of holistic therapies which I am sure you will find beneficial.

My aim is to offer highly dedicated and personal programs of treatments tailored to suit your individual requirements. Simple and relaxing treatment sessions over set periods are designed to relieve and help with many common health issues.

Coming from a distinguished nursing background, I acheived full accreditation with the Association of Reflexologists in 2001. Further qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Holistic Massage have since been added to my treatment portfolio.
